Yes! When we send the translated documents, we will provide a Certificate of Translation Accuracy, which will:
• state that it's a 'true and accurate translation of the original document'
• state the full name and contact details of a representative of the translation company (not the translator)
• include the translation stamp and credentials of our translation company.

Yes. Our sworn translations are accepted by Spanish Embassies, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of the Interior, and other institutions, such as universities, banks, and courts. If you are submitting an English supporting document to any of these organisations, it will need to be translated by a sworn translator who is registered with the Ministerio de Asuntos exteriores (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) in Spain.

The certified translations of your documents will be sent to you electronically as a PDF file via email. If a physical copy is required, you have the option of printing the PDF document and it will be considered as an original copy. However, please ensure that you print the translated documents in colour. This will help distinguish them from photocopies and avoid any potential confusion. If you have requested sworn, notarised or apostilled translations, they will be sent to you by post.

This, however, does not cover a) Preferential changes; b) Very minor errors such as minimal typos and omissions that do not affect the sense of the translated text unless you have commissioned our proofreading services. Any issues regarding quality should be raised within 30 days.
