Our passport translation services are accepted by HM Passport Office, UK Visas and Immigration, consulates and embassies, foreign governments, banks, and academic institutions. When we send the translated documents, we will provide a Certificate of Translation Accuracy, which will:
• state that it's a 'true and accurate translation of the original document'
• state the full name and contact details of a representative of the translation company (not the translator)
• include the translation stamp and credentials of our translation company.

We charge per page and our pricing is fully transparent. Typically, we can complete passport translations in 1-2 working days, but we also offer an expedited service for same-day requests. To help us complete the translations as quickly as possible, please ensure that the scanned copy or photo is clear for our translators to read.

The certified passport translation will be sent to you electronically as a PDF file via email. If a physical copy is required, you have the option of printing the PDF document and it will be considered as an original copy. However, please ensure that you print the translated documents in colour. This will help distinguish them from photocopies and avoid any potential confusion. If you have requested sworn, notarised or apostilled translations, they will be sent to you by post.

Please do not send us your passport by post as it is not required. Instead, please send us a clear scanned copy or photo of the pages you would like translated.

If you don’t have a scanner, you can take a high-quality picture of your document with your smartphone or camera and upload it to our website.
