• state the full name and contact details of a representative of the translation company (not the translator)
• include the translation stamp and credentials of our translation company.

For degree certificates or diplomas, we charge on a per-page basis and we can typically complete the translation within 1-2 working days. However, it may take longer if academic reports or transcripts are involved. We also have an expedited service for clients who need their translations urgently.

The certified translations of your degree certificate or diploma will be sent to you electronically as a PDF file via email. If a physical copy is required, you have the option of printing the PDF document and it will be considered as an original copy. However, please ensure that you print the translated documents in colour. This will help distinguish them from photocopies and avoid any potential confusion. If you have requested sworn, notarised or apostilled translations, they will be sent to you by post.

We do not require the original degree certificate or diploma to be sent to us by post. Instead, please send a scanned copy or photo of the document.
