We will endeavour to ensure that we provide you with a high-quality and professional translation. If the service that we provide does not meet your expectations, we will assess the queries and, if deemed necessary, have the translated material revised/proofread at no extra cost. This, however, does not cover a) Preferential changes; b) Very minor errors such as minimal typos and omissions that do not affect the sense of the translated text unless you have commissioned our proofreading services. Any issues regarding quality should be raised within 30 days.
Should you no longer require the translations, cancellation charges will be payable as a percentage of the completed word count, unless more than 50% of the project has been completed, in which case we will charge the full fees.
