Yes, we do provide certified translations. This is often required for official documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, academic transcripts, etc. Our certified translations are accepted by government agencies, courts, and universities worldwide.

Yes! When we send the translated documents, we will provide a Certificate of Translation Accuracy, which will:
• state that it's a 'true and accurate translation of the original document'
• state the full name and contact details of a representative of the translation company (not the translator)
• include the translation stamp and credentials of our translation company.

Yes. Our sworn translations are accepted throughout Greece. If you are submitting an English supporting document in Greece, it will need to be translated by a sworn translator certified by the Hellenic Republic Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Certified translations will be sent to you electronically as a PDF file via email. If a physical copy is required, you have the option of printing the PDF document and it will be considered as an original copy. However, please ensure that you print the translated documents in colour. This will help distinguish them from photocopies and avoid any potential confusion. If you have requested sworn, notarised or apostilled translations, they will be sent to you by post.

We understand the importance of confidentiality in translation work. All our employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. We also have secure systems in place to protect your documents and personal information.

Yes, we have a team of translators who specialize in various fields such as law, medicine, technology, and academia. They have the necessary knowledge and experience to handle technical translations and ensure that the correct terminology is used.

We will endeavour to ensure that we provide you with a high-quality and professional translation. If the service that we provide does not meet your expectations, we will assess the queries and, if deemed necessary, have the translated material revised/proofread at no extra cost. This, however, does not cover a) Preferential changes; b) Very minor errors such as minimal typos and omissions that do not affect the sense of the translated text unless you have commissioned our proofreading services. Any issues regarding quality should be raised within 30 days.

Should you no longer require the translations, cancellation charges will be payable as a percentage of the completed word count, unless more than 50% of the project has been completed, in which case we will charge the full fees.
